Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the acv30 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the acv30 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and acv30 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
- Use of the platform is for personal and entertainment purposes only.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is lawful in their location.
- Acv30 reserves the right to terminate any user's access for breaching these terms at any time without prior notice.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on acv30. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. acv30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process to meet compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. acv30 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
- Do not share your password or account information with anyone.
- Notify acv30 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
- Acv30 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.
Payment and Transaction Rules in MYR
All transactions on the acv30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through supported payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, and online bank transfers via local Malaysian banks.
Acv30 does not accept cash, cheques, or any foreign currency. Any attempt to deposit funds in a currency other than MYR will be automatically rejected by the system.
- Minimum deposit: RM 10 for DuitNow and Boost; RM 20 for online bank transfer.
- Deposit processing time: DuitNow and Boost — instant to 5 minutes; bank transfer — 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawal: Processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
- Daily withdrawal limit: Subject to account tier and active bonus conditions.
- All transactions are final once confirmed. acv30 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
All acv30 platform users are responsible for ensuring that every activity carried out is lawful, ethical, and does not disrupt the experience of other users. Any form of platform misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acv30 platform:
- Using software, bots, or automated scripts to exploit the gaming system or promotions.
- Fraud in any form, including the use of false identities or another person's bank card details.
- Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or compromise the security of acv30 systems.
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Distributing unlawful, obscene, or threatening content through acv30's communication channels.
- Manipulating any game or promotion in a manner that is unfair or not permitted under these terms.
Acv30 reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Acv30 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: financial losses from wagering, service disruptions, device damage, or data loss. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the acv30 platform are the property of acv30 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The acv30 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. acv30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access these links entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
Acv30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, a request from authorities, or for security reasons. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting acv30 customer support. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal terms once all conditions have been met.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Acv30 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
